According to Forbes Asia, the selections "showcase the region's most dynamic publicly traded firms with sales of under a billion U.S. dollars. PLANET ranked in "Asia's 200 Best under a Billion" list in the latest issue on Oct. 30, 2006 of Forbes Asia Magazine. "Taiwan leads the charge this year with 31 companies in 200 Best list", as Forbes Asia reported, "The Asian miracle has been built on the sweat of small and midsize enterprises." To select and assemble the annual list, they took only listed entities under $1 billion in sales by the index of sales, net income, market value, return on equity, EPS growth, and P/E.
