PLANET Technology, ведущаий мировой производитель сетевого оборудования, недавно заняла первое место на «Премии CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award 2024» за интеграцию разнообразия, справедливости и инклюзивности (DEI) на рабочем месте, которая способствует развитию устойчивых талантов. Второй год подряд PLANET входит в сотню лучших компаний по устойчивости талантов по версии журнала CommonWealth Magazine.

Sustainable development has become part of PLANET’s corporate DNA. By strengthening the brand image, it helps to attract new talents who align with the company’s culture. By utilizing internal and external online and offline learning platforms, employee career development and training are not limited to location, creating a flexible and spontaneous learning atmosphere. In addition to current professional courses, the learning roadmap for sustainable development and performance appraisal with sustainability indicators have been launched to further improve the cultivation and retention of talents.

Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program to Maintain a Healthy Mind and Body

PLANET is committed to maintaining a happy and healthy workplace. It provides quarterly consultations on traditional Chinese and Western medicinal practices and physical therapy to help employees and their families stay healthy. From supporting employees' families to have a safe childbirth to friendly long-term care, employees are entitled to childcare and children's education subsidies, and one-day paid leave for family care, exceeding the legal requirements. This year, a 24-hour professional psychological consultation program and caregiver-friendly services are implemented in the workplace. A subsidy of NT$20,000 per year for long-term care and an assistance program is provided to employees who need support for the long-term care of family members without leaving their job. Over the years, PLANET has received many recognitions from the government and media including Sports Enterprise Certification, Healthy Workplace Accreditation, and the Taiwan Mittelstand for Workplace Friendliness, and Family Friendly Workplace Award.
